Samajae Haynes-Jones has been named to the American Athletic Conference's weekly Honor Roll for Nov. 26 - Dec. 2.
 
Haynes-Jones recorded a double-double with 21 points and a career-high 10 rebounds to lead the Shockers to a 71-63 win over Baylor on Saturday. The senior was 6-of-11 from three.
 
It's the first weekly honor of Haynes-Jones' career. The Wichita native is averaging a 13.1 points and a team-high 4.0 assists for the year.
 
The Shockers (4-3) travel to Oklahoma City on Saturday to face the Oklahoma Sooners. The 11:01 a.m. CT tip airs nationally on ESPNU.
