PATTERSON, La. – The Wichita State men's golf team will finish in 4^th place, as Atchafalaya Intercollegiate has been suspended due to inclement weather. Continuous rain and tornado warnings have forced the meet to end early, making the first round scores the final results. The second round was started, but since it was not finished, scores from the round do not count.

Grant Bennett, Yannik Emmert, and Max Mason all tied for 16th place after shooting a 73 in the Intercollegiate, good for +1 over par.
 
Jacob Bishop and Alec Heinen tied for 24^th after shooting a 74, finishing them at +2 over par.
 
Conrad Walcher competed as an individual, and shot a 71 to place him in a tie for sixth place. Walcher's round put him at -1 under par.
 
The Shockers will head to Los Angeles to compete in the Del Walker Intercollegiate next week on Feb. 29 – March 1 at the Virginia Country Club.
