WICHITA, KAN. – Wichita State softball will host 12 home games this fall head coach Kristi Bredbenner announced today.
 
The Shockers will kick off the fall season with their annual alumnae game at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 19. Wichita State's first competition will come when the team hosts St. Gregory at 1 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 20.
 
To highlight the 2015 fall schedule, the Shocks host a triangular with two Division I schools, Tulsa (36-18) and Creighton (22-21) on Saturday, Sept. 26.
 
Throughout the next three weeks, the Shockers play host to Hutchinson Community College, Johnson County Community College, Seminole State, and finishing competition with Southern Nazarene.
 
The Shockers will end their fall with the Black and Gold World Series, Oct. 14-16, at Wilkins Stadium.  Admission to the Black and Gold World Series is free to the public.
 
Admission to all fall softball games is $4 at the gate. There will be no advanced purchase available. Wichita State students will receive free admission with proof of WSU ID.
