2015 KWGA Amateur Results

NEWTON, Kan. – Wichita State women's golf student-athlete Taryn Torgerson won the championship at the 2015 Kansas Women's Golf Association Amateur on July 9 at Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kansas.
 
Torgerson, who will be a sophomore at Wichita State this fall, shot a 54-hole score of 222 (73-74-75) and finished tied for first and won the championship in a sudden death playoff.
 
Meghan Schuetz, who will be a senior at WSU this fall, finished tied for fifth after shooting a 229 (80-76-73).
