Sam Hilliard went 2-for-5 with two RBI and a home run, while
Ryan Tinkham went 2-for-4.

Chase Williams went 5.2 innings and gave up three runs on seven hits with four walks and tied his career-high with nine strikeouts.
Daniel Kihle doubled with two outs and scored on a double from
Sam Hilliard to give WSU an early 1-0 lead.
Justin Wall's solo home run tied the game at one in the bottom of the fourth.
The Patriots took the lead in the fifth. Nash Knight led off with a double and David Martinelli followed with an infield single. Camden Duzenack doubled down the third base line to drive in both and give DBU a 3-1 lead.
The Shockers tied it in the top of the sixth. With one out,

Mikel Mucha and
Gunnar Troutwine singled to load the bases.
Tanner Kirk's two-out single and an error by the Patriots scored two to tie the score at three.
Daniel Sweet's two-run home run in the bottom of the seventh put the Patriots back up 5-3.
Hilliard's solo home run in the ninth made the final score 5-4.
