The Wichita State men's golf team travels to Fort Collins, Colo., for the Ram Masters Invitational, Sept. 15-16.

The 15-team field will be participating in a 54-hole collegiate tournament to be played at the par 70, 7,121-yard Fort Collins Country Club, located in Fort Collins, Colo. Playing in threesomes, the golfers will play 36 holes in a shotgun start beginning at 9 a.m. CT on Monday, Sept. 15. Pairings and tee times for the final 18 hole round, to be played on Tuesday, Sept. 16, will be determined by team score. The low four individual scores will determine the team scores for each round.

Joining the Shockers in the tournament are Abilene Christian, Air Force, Colorado State, Denver, George Washington, Kansas, McNeese State, Nevada, Northern Colorado, Rice, Sacramento State, South Dakota State, Utah Valley and Wyoming.

The Shockers are coming off of a sixth place finish at the Wolverine Intercollegiate in Ann Arbor, Mich., Sept. 6-7.  Sophomore Grant Bennett finished tied for third and earned Valley Golfer of the Week honors.
