Wichita State (6-3) opens Missouri Valley Conference play this weekend by hosting Bradley (1-9) and preseason favorite and defending champion Northern Iowa (5-5). The Shockers will face the Braves at 7 p.m. on Friday and take on the Panthers at 7 p.m. on Saturday. Both matches will be broadcast live on KNSS 1330 AM with Mike Kennedy calling the action.
The first 750 kids to the UNI match on Saturday will receive a free volleyball courtesy of Preferred Health Systems.
