Cross Country:
2010 (SENIOR): Ran in all seven races during the season...Won three races during the year including the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, earning MVC Women's Athlete-of-the-Year...Earned NCAA All-American status by placing 16th at the cross country championships, the highest finish ever by a WSU cross country athlete at the national meet...Won the J.K. Gold Classic (13:30.81) and the Iowa Invitational (10:15.20)...Finished fourth at the Richard Clark Invitational with a time of 17:09.46...Came in seventh at the NCAA Midwest Regional (20:21.58)...Was 12th at the NCAA Pre-National meet (20:38.00).
2009 (JUNIOR): Ran in all six races during the season...Was an all-region award winner, placing 15th at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a time of 21:15...Named to MVC all-conference team after placing third at conference championships, clocking in at 18:45...Was the runner-up finisher at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational with a time of 17:48...Came in fourth at the JK Gold Classic (14:20) and sixth at the Woody Greeno Invitational (21:08).

2011 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Captured the Missouri Valley Conference crown in the indoor mile with a time of 4:54.92...Won two other mile titles (Herm Wilson Classic, Shocker Quad & Multi)...Ran a 16:26.42 to place 13th in the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA Indoor Championships...Finished second at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships in the 3,000-meter run (9:39.88) and the 5,000-meter run (16:54.47)...OUTDOOR - Won a total of six titles during the season including the Missouri Valley Conference's 10,000-meter run with a time of 35:36.99...Set a WSU record in the 10K with a time of 33:11.71, qualifying her for the NCAA West Preliminary round...Won the NCAA West Preliminary round's 10,000-meter run in a time of 33:24.12...Led the field in the 1,500-meter run at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge with a personal best time of 4:22.74 and at the BCS Buster Invitational (4:29.73)...Set a personal best and moved into the WSU all-time list in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 16:19.17...Finished seventh in the 10K at the NCAA Finals (34:39.56)...Received 2011 USTFCCCA NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field first team all-America recognition...Was the female recipient of the MVC Dr. Charlotte West Scholar-Athlete Award...Named Greater Wichita Area Sports Commission's female athlete of the year...Named to the 2011 USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Track & Field Team.
2010 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Won mile title at the Shocker Quad (4:56.15) and at the MVC Championships (4:52.35) to move into the WSU all-time list in that event...Was second in the 3000m run at the MVC Championships (9:40.18), garnering all-conference honors and moving into the WSU all-time list...Won the MVC Championship title in the 5000m run with a time of 17:31.03...Came in fourth in the 800m run with a time of 2:22.02 to set a new personal best...OUTDOOR - Won two 1500m run titles during the season, setting a personal best time of 4:28.70 at the MVC Championships to place second...Was first across the line in the 5000m run at the KT Woodman Classic (16:50.17) and at the MVC Championships (16:46.47)...Set a new PR in the 5000m run at the Oregon Relays and moved into the WSU history books with a time of 16:21.72...Set the Trinidad and Tobago and WSU school record in the 10000m run with a time of 33:32.84 at the Stanford Invitational...Won the MVC title in the 10K with a time of 35:37.39...Advanced to NCAA Championships with a time of 34:44.61 at the NCAA West Prelims.
