2012 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in six races for the Shockers...Placed fourth atthe JK Gold by running a time of 18:50.09...Was third at the Missouri State Invite at 25:40...Was12th at the OSU Jamboree by finishing with a time of 25:10.58...Crossed the finish-line in 121st at Pre-Nationals...Posted a time of 25:06 to finish 15th at the MVC Championships...Finished the season by earning a 67th place finish at the NCAA Regional Championships with a time of 32:04.64.

2011 (FRESHMAN): Finished a season-best 27th at the MVC Championships in 26:17.0...Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:34 at the BIll Dellinger Invitational...Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional 10K, finishing in 34:07.88.

2013 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR- Redshirted OUTDOOR- Redshirted

2012 (FRESHMAN): Indoor - Competed in five meets for the Shockers...Won the second section of the mile at the Jayhawk Classic in 4:28.47...Won the Varsity Apartments Invitational 3K in 8:38.77...Outdoor - Finished second in the 5K at the Track-It Buster Invitational...Ran a season-best 5K time of  14:52.65 at the MVC Outdoor Championships to finish fifth.

Shawnee Mission Northwest High School: Finished second as a freshman in the Class 6A Kansas State Cross Country Championships...Lettered in cross country and track and field...Finished third in the AAU Junior Olympics in 2004 and eighth in the 3,000m at the 2005 AAU Junior Olympics.

Personal: Born Oct. 21, 1992...Son of Harold and Renee Spencer...Majoring in mechanical engineering and computer science...Has one brother, Skyler, and two sisters, Samantha and Sophia.
