2024-25 (Junior): Cross Country – Raced in the JK Gold Classic as training for multi-event competition.
Indoor – Competed in nine meets, completing three pentathlons…Took second in the pentathlon at the Shocker Multi with 3,614 points…Finished third in the 400 meters at the Mark Colligan Memorial with the seventh-fastest time in school history, 55.64…Finished third in the 200 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational with a time of 24.52m the eighth-fastest time in program history…Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay at the Ichabod Invitational with the 10
th-fastest time in Wichita State history, 3:45.57…Placed seventh in the pentathlon with 3,783 points, running the fastest 800 of the competition in 2:17.51, and ran on the 12

th-fastest time in program history, 3:43.83, at the ESU Relays…Finished second in the 100 in 11.85 and 200 in 24.19n at the Shocker Open…Finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles in 59.73 after running a season-best 59.64 in the prelim at the American Outdoor Championships…Also ran on the seventh-place 4x100-meter relay and ninth-place 4x400-meter relay and placed ninth in the heptathlon, running the fastest 200 meters of the competition in 24.14.
2023-24 (Sophomore): Cross Country – Raced in the JK Gold Classic as training for multi-event competition.
Indoor – Competed in nine meets, completing two pentathlons and recording two individual top-five performances…Placed fourth in the Shocker Multi pentathlon with 3,442 points…Finished fifth in the 400 meters at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular with a season-best time of 57.82…Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay at the Ichabod Invitational…Placed eighth in the pentathlon at the AAC Championships with 3,462 points, running the fastest 800 meters of the day in 2:22.18…Ran on the eighth-place 4x400-meter relay at the AAC Championships, helping the team score one point.
Outdoor – Competed in seven meets, completing two heptathlons and recording four top-five finishes…Placed fourth in the heptathlon at the Wichita State Multi with 4,794 points, running the fastest 200 meters of the day in 25.44 and the fastest heptathlon 800 meters in 2:18.49…Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay at both the KT Woodman Classic and the Ward Haylett Invitational…Finished fourth in the 200 meters at the Shocker Open with a time of 24.76…Placed fifth in the heptathlon with a season-best 5,199 points, running the 10

th in the pentathlon at the AAC Indoor Championships with a season-best 3,331 points, running the fourth-fastest 800-meter time in 2:23.24…Scored points for the team, running on the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay.
