2016 (Junior): Indoor: Ran a 200 meter best 22.32 at the MVC Indoor Championship and a 49.81 in the 400 meters. Outdoor: Ran a 100 meter best 10.72 at the Shocker Open and a season best 21.76 in the 200 meters at the Shocker Open.

2015 (Sophomore):  Indoor - Earned All-MVC honors with the indoor 4x400m relay with a time of 3:17.17 and a third-place finish at the MVC Championship… Also placed fourth in the 400m (49.58, indoor best) and sixth in the 200m (22.18)… Indoor best in the 200m was 22.17 in the prelims at the MVC Championship… Competed in 15 races indoors, always placing eighth or better. Outdoor- Helped the Shockers' 4x400m finish fourth and the 4x100m finish fifth at the MVC Championship… 200m best came in the Shocker Open with a time of 21.98 and 400m best was 48.75 at the Jacobs Invitational at OU… The 4x100m relay also won the Sac State Mondo Mid-Major Challenge in a time of 41.25.

Freshman: 2014 Outdoor- Placed in the top 10 during three of his five outdoor races and placed in the top 11 in four of five…Won the 400m dash at the 2014 Wildcat Open by running a time of 49.11…Placed ninth in the 200m dash and 10th in the 400m dash at the 2014 Ward Haylett Invitational…Finished 11th in the 400m dash at the 2014 ESU Spring Open. Indoor- Finished in the top five in each of his four races… Placed fourth in the 200m dash with a time of 22.64… Earned a fourth-place finish in the 400m dash with a time of 51.05 and a second place finish in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:15.88 at the 2014 Bill Easton Classic… Had a fifth-place finish in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:24.48... Personal bests included running 22.18 in the 200m dash and 49.11 in the 400m.

High School: Competed in track and field and swimming while at Wichita Collegiate HS in Wichita, Kan...School record holder in the 100m, 200m and 400m...Competed in swimming in the KSHSAA State Championships all four years...As a senior finished second in the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay, fourth in the 400 free relay and fifth in the 100 freestyle... Four-year member of marching, concert and jazz band as well as a member of the choir... Participated in four musicals.
