 2013 (JUNIOR): INDOOR- Did Not Compete OUTDOOR- Returned from injury to finish fifth in the 400m hurdles at the Track-It-Buster Invitational (56.11).  Ran a season best time of 54.27 to place third at the Air Force Twilight Open. Placed 12^th in the 400m hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 55.41. 

2012 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Ran a season-best 8.51 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Varsity Apartments Invitational...OUTDOOR - Ran the 400-meter hurdles in seven meets...Posted a personal best time of 52.58 to finish fourth at the MVC Outdoor Championships, which ranks seventh all-time at WSU...Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Track-It Buster Invitational...Ran as part of the all-conference 4x400-meter relay team at the MVC meet.

2011 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Did not compete...OUTDOOR - Competed in two meets for the Shockers...Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 55.32 at the BCS Buster Invitational. He finished seventh in the race overall.

2010 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Set a new personal best in the 60m hurdles, finishing ninth overall with a time of 8.59 at the Shocker Quad...Was 10th in the 60m hurdles at the WSU Invitational, clocking in at 8.84...Crossed the line in 23.33 in the 200m dash at the adidas Classic to come in 18th place...OUTDOOR - Redshirted, did not compete.

Bishop Carroll HS: Regional and 5A state champion in 300m hurdles...All-city honorable mention in basketball...Honor roll member...Lettered in basketball, soccer and track and field.

Personal: Born Feb. 17, 1991...Son of Gary and Shauna Long...Plans to major in Industrial Engineering...Has one brother, Austin.
