2006 (Junior): Set a school record and a personal best in the medley relay, placing second at the indoor conference meet in a time of 11:53.33...Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay at the MVC indoor meet, running 3:48.42...Earned all-conference honors by placing second in the 4x400m relay at the outdoor conference meet, running 3:44.7 as well as a third-place finish in the 400m dash with a time of 55.7...Placed fourth at the MVC outdoor meet in the 4x100m relay (47.04)...Competed at the Midwest Regionals in the 4x400m relay, setting a new season best in a time of 3:41.56. 

2005 (Sophomore): In her first season at WSU, Harmon became No. 9 in the WSU all-time top 10 list in the outdoor 400m dash (57.07)...Part of group that broke the school record in the outdoor 4x400m relay (3:41.53)...Placed third in the MVC Indoor Championship in the distance medley, earning her first MVC all-conference honor...Placed second in the 4x400m relay at the MVC Outdoor Championship, earning her second all-conference honor...Placed 18th in the 200m dash (26.98) at the Adidas Classic...Fourth place finish in the 400m dash (58.62) at the Cal Poly Invite...Kansas State: Finished ninth at the Big XII conference indoor championship in the 600m. 

Nickerson HS: Two-time 400m champions...Three-time third place finisher in the 200m...Ran best times of 56.5 in the 400m and 25.2 in the 200m.

Personal: Born Dec. 17, 1983...Daughter of Joe and Cyndi Harmon...Majoring in kinesiology and sport studies...Has one brother, Kevin.
