2012 (FRESHMAN): Competed in all distance races for the indoor and outdoor season. Recorded his best 800m time at the Skechers SFA Alumni Invitational with a time of 1:57.91...At the Herm Wilson Invitational he recorded his best time of the year in the 1,000m run in a time of 2:33.99...His best mile time came at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 4:23.54...At the Varsity Apartments Invitational he recorded a 3,000m time of 8:59.56.
Cross Country
2012: Redshirted and competed in two races as an unattached runner....Finished the JK Gold Classic with a time of 20:17.33...Ran a time of 28:10.63 at the McPherson Invite.
Free State High School: Lettered all four years in cross country and track, lettered one year in swimming... Was All-Metro XC first team, All-League XC, and voted Athlete of the Year in XC while attending Free State High School.
Personal: Born June 18, 1993 in Topeka, Kan...Raised by Mike Anderson, Pamela Anderson, Russ Wheeler and Camille Wheeler... Has two sisters, Kassidi and Bailey, and a brother, Bryce... Plans to major in Education at WSU.
