2012 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Ran in five meets for the Shockers...Ran a season-best 400m time of 53.16 at the Nebraska Tune-Up...OUTDOOR - Ran the 400m hurdles in five meets for the Shockers...Ran a season-best time of 55.84 at the Arkansas Twilight...Finished a season-best eighth place at the Track-It Buster Invitational.

2010 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Had a season best finish of ninth at the WSU Invitational in the 600 yard dash with a time of 1:28.25...Was 14th with a personal best time of 53.03 in the 400m dash at the Shocker Quad...OUTDOOR - Set a personal best and came in fourth overall in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.44 at the Sooner Open...Came in fourth with a time of 56.30 in the 400m hurdles at the Ward Haylett Invitational.

Cloud County [Kan.] CC: National and state qualifier...Member of first place conference team and third place regional qualifying team.

Wichita South HS: Received a seventh place medal at AAU Junior Olympics in 4x8...State qualifier in track and field...Track team finished first in conference during freshman year...Member of track team that was third in region during freshman and sophomore years...Lettered in cross country and track & field.
