2009 (FRESHMAN): Ran in all six meets for the Shockers...Was a season best 16th at the JK Gold Classic with a time of 20:03...Finished 50th at the MVC Championships with a time of 28:47...Came in 7th at the NCAA Pre-National meet by clocking in with a time of 27:24.

Track & Field:

2012 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Did not compete; Outdoor - Did not compete.

2011 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Competed in four events for the Shockers...Finished a season-best fourth in the 3,000 meters at the Shocker Quad and Multi with a time of 9:06.36...Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters at the Herm Wilson Classic (9:01.08)...His 5,000 meters time of 15:14.07 in the Iowa State Classic was a personal best and ranked on the WSU all-time list...OUTDOOR - Finished a season-best sixth place twice in the 5,000 meters -- at the WSU vs. UNI vs. Nebraska Triangular (16:26.37) and the BCS Buster Invitational (15:38.00). The BCS Buster time was a personal best...Set a personal best in the 10,000 meters at the KU Relays (31:52.23).

2010 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Set personal best times in two events, the first coming at the Shocker Quad with a time of 4:34.91 in the mile...Set second personal best in the 3000m run at the Iowa State Classic, clocking in at 9:09.12...OUTDOOR - Redshirted, did not compete.

Great Bend High School: A four-time all-conference selection in cross country...Three-time all-regional champion in track and field...Three-time regional medalist in cross country and track and field...Was a member of the conference champions (WAC) freshman year...cross country team placed third in regionals all four years...Lettered in cross country and track and field.
