2023: Indoor – Competed in six meets…Jumped a season-best 5.39m/17’8.25” in the long jump at both the Ichabod Mid-Week Challenge and the Arkansas Qualifier…Recorded season bests in both the 60-meter hurdles (9.38) and 60 meters (8.14) at the USD Alumni Meet.
Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Ran a season-best 15.04 in the 100-meter hurdles at the KT Woodman Classic…Ended her career with a season-best 5.44m/17’10.25” in the long jump, placing second at the Shocker Open.
2022: Indoor – Competed in six meets before suffering a season-ending injury…Placed third in the long jump at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a season-best 5.15m/16’10.75”…Ran a season-best 7.99 in the 60 meters in the prelims at the Herm Wilson Invitational before placing sixth in the final…Recorded a season-best 9.22 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Ichabod Mid-Week Challenge.
Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform.
2021: Indoor – Competed in three meets … Had three top-10 finishes at the Shocker Prelude … Had one top-10 finish at the Triangular … Ran a season-best time of 8.26 in the 60 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational … Finished 10th in the long jump at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a season-best mark of 4.86m/15-11.50.
Outdoor – Competed at five meets … Tallied six top-10 finishes in 11 competitions … Had a pair of top-10 finishes at the KT Woodman Classic … Ran a season-best time in the Rock Chalk Classic with a time of 15.50 … Jumped a season-best in the long jump at the Wichita State Open with a mark of 5.34m/17-6.25.
2020: Indoor - Competed in eight meets for the Shockers … Opened her season with a season-best total of 3,235 points in the pentathlon at the Shocker Multis … Finished fourth at the Shocker Prelude in the 60-meter hurdles … Competed in the 60-meter hurdles’ prelims and the long jump at the Jayhawk Classic … Finished fourth in the pentathlon at the WSU Invitational … Competed in four events at the Air Force Team Challenge and earned top-10 finishes three of those events … Competed in three events at the Gorilla Classic, including a fifth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles qualifying section in a season-best time of 8.99 … Competed in three events at the Arkansas Qualifier and jumped a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 5.60m/18-4.25 … Competed in the long jump at the AAC Championships and finished 18th.

2019: Indoor - Opened her season on Dec. 1 finishing 10th in the Shocker Multi with a pentathlon score of 2,858 points...Won the Shocker Prelude long jump with a leap of 5.39m/17-8.25...Set a personal best pentathlon score of 2,879 points at the Air Force Invitational, also set a personal best in the 60m hurdles (9.37)...Finished her indoor season competing in the Fourth Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic in the 200m (27.34), 60m hurdles (9.58) and long jump (5.29m/17-4.25).
Outdoor - Completed two heptathlons, while competing in five meets total...Opened the outdoor season setting a personal best heptathlon score of 3,916 at the Herm Wilson Invitational, also placed fifth in the open 100m hurdles with a time of 16.18...Finished seventh in the Friends Spring Open long jump with a leap of 5.56m/18-3...Completed her second heptathlon of the season on April 11 finishing 10th with 3,777 points...Ended the outdoor season recording personal bests in the 200m (27.14), 100m hurdles (15.57) and long jump (5.43m/17-9.75).
2018: Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached in four meets, including one pentathlon...Finished ninth in the pentathlon at the Shocker Multi with 2,854 points...Won the Bill Butterworth Classic long jump with a mark of 5.35m/17-6.75, placed third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.83.
Outdoor - Redshirted and competed in four meets, finishing two heptathlons...Recorded a season best 3,897 points, finishing ninth at the WSU Heptathlon...Placed fourth in the long jump (5.51m/18-1) at the Shocker Open.
High School: Lettered four years in track and two in softball...Is a USHTF Junior Olympic qualifier…Holds three high school track records…Qualified for state track 13 times in the 100m, 100m hurdles, long jump, and shot put…Won seven state track and field medals in the 100m and long jump…Two time state softball champion…Member of the National Honors Society…Was a four year academic award letter recipient. Personal best – 12.56 in the 100m, 17-10 in the long jump, 37-11 in the shot put, and 89-9 in the javelin.
