2011 (JUNIOR): Ran in all six races for the Shockers during the season...Posted a career-best time of 25:09 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational 8K...Finished in the top 25 of three races — finishing 19th at the J.K. Gold Classic (6K - 19:50.70), 25th at the Bradley Classic (8K 25:34.0) and 20th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships (8K - 25:57.3)...Finished the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 34:14.22.
2010 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in all six races for the Shockers during the season...Had a career-best showing of seventh at the Iowa Invitational, finishing the 8K course in a time of 26:20.90...Had a pair of additional top-15 finishes on the year including an 11th place showing at the Richard Clark Invitational (26:27.01) and a 15th place finish at the J.K. Gold Classic (19:18.49)...Ran a 32:34.85 time at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2009 (FRESHMAN): Ran in five races for the Shockers during the season...Had a season best showing of 16th at the JK Gold Classic (19:58)...Was the 69th runner across the line at the MVC Championships with a time of 30:02...Finished 67th at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational, clocking in at 26:40...Came in 8th with a time of 27:25 at the Woody Greeno Invitational.
Track & Field
2013 (SENIOR): INDOOR- Earned All-MVC honors in both 800m run and the mile. Finished second in the 800m at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 1:52.97. Placed third at the conference meet in the 3,000m run with a time of 4:13.90. Ran the eighth fastest mile in school history (4:08.45) at the Iowa State Classic. Won the 800m run at both of the Shockers’ home meets, the Herm Wilson Invitational, and the Varsity Apartments Invitational. OUTDOOR- Finished third in the 800m run at the Track-It-Buster Invitational with a time of 1:54.89. Ran a time of 1:57.19 to place eighth in the 800m run at the MVC Outdoor Championships. Battled injuries to compete in the 1,500m run at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2012 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Named MVC Men's Track Athlete of the Week...Won the mile in 4:14.01 at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Ran a personal best mile in 4:08.84 at the SPIRE Divison I Indoor Track & Field Invitational, which ranks among the WSU all-time top 10...Broke into the WSU top 10 in the 800m with his personal best time of 1:52.26 in the prelims at the MVC Indoor Championships...Went on to finish fourth in the event at the MVC meet...His 1,000-meter time of 2:24.63 at SPIRE ranks second all-time at WSU...OUTDOOR - Won the Track-It Buster Invitational 800m in 1:51.01...Won the KT Woodman Classic 5K...His 1500m time of 3:46.61 at the Arkansas Twilight ranks fourth all-time at WSU...Finished third at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 800m...Ran in the NCAA West Preliminary Round 1500m prelims.
2011 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Won the 1,000 meters at the Herm Wilson Classic with a personal best time of 2:31.91 to rank on the WSU all-time list...Ran a personal best to win the 800 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 1:53.69...Set a personal best in the mile at the adidas Classic (4:12.19) to finish third...OUTDOOR - Set a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the K.T. Woodman Classic to win with a time of 3:50.14. The time ranked on the WSU all-time list...Won the 1,500 meters at the BCS Buster Invitational (3:52.18).
2010 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Set personal bests in three categories during the year including a fourth place finish at the Shocker Quad in the 800m run (1:57.39)...Set a personal best in the 1000m run at the WSU Invitational with a time of 2:38.55, placing sixth...Was seventh in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a personal best time of 4:20.59...OUTDOOR - Set a personal best time and finished first in section-B of the 1,500m run at the Oregon Relays (3:55.46)...Ran a 3:56.70 in the 1,500m run at the MVC Championships to finish sixth overall.
