TRACK & FIELD
2014 (Junior): INDOOR- Won the shot put with a throw of 13.96 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational... Second place finish at the Kansas State Open in the shot put... Finished the indoor season with four third place finishes in the weight throw and shot put. OUTDOOR- Won the shot put and hammer throw events at the KT Woodman Classic... Recorded a pair of second place finishes at the KSU Wildcat Open in the hammer throw and shot put... Also placed second in the hammer throw at the Ward Haylett Invitational.
2013 (Sophomore): INDOOR- Shattered her personal record in the weight throw at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships with a toss of 53-9 ¼, beating her previous best by almost five feet. Threw a season best 43-4 ¼ in the shot put at the MVC meet to finish 10th in the conference. Placed a season best third in the shot put in both of her home meets in 2013. OUTDOOR: Posted the fourth farthest hammer throw in WSU history with a 169-7 toss to win the event at the Track-It-Buster Invitational. Placed second in the shot put at the Track-It-Buster Invitational with a throw of 43-1 ¼. Set a new personal best in the shot put at the Skechers SFA Alumni Invitational with a mark of 43-10 to move into ninth on the Shockers top-ten list. Competed at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2012 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Finished a season-best second at the Herm Wilson Invitational in the shot put...Participated in the shot put and weight throw during two meets...OUTDOOR - Did not compete.
2011 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Moved into the WSU all-time list in two different events during the season...Runner-up in the shot put at the Herm Wilson Classic with a mark of 44' 5 1/4", placing her seventh in school history...Was fourth at Herm Wilson Classic in the weight throw with a mark of 45' 10"...Came in 19th at the adidas Classic in the weight throw, hitting a personal best mark of 47' 3" to slot sixth in school history...OUTDOOR - Set four different personal best marks during the season...Season-best showing of fifth overall in the hammer throw at the BCS Buster Invitational, reaching a distance of 154' 0"...Was sixth in the shot put at the BCS Buster Invitational with a personal record throw of 43' 3 1/4".
Kapaun Mt. Carmel HS: Holds Kansas state 5A high school hammer record...Set the school record in the hammer throw...Was a member of city and regional winning track & field teams as a junior and senior...Finished second in state three years in a row in shot put...Won the Daisy Palmer award and Citizenship award...competed in basketball, track & field and volleyball.
