2013 (SENIOR) INDOOR: Competed at five meets for the Shockers. Ran the 800m run at four meets. Posted a season best of 1:57.67 in the 800m run at the Nebraska Tune-Up. Ran a personal best 1:23.22 in the 600m at the Adidas Classic. OUTDOOR- Improved his PR in the 800m run with a time of 1:56.36 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational. Earned second place finishes in the 800m run at both the Arkansas Spring Invitational and the Air Force Twilight Open.
2012 (Junior): INDOOR - Finished a season-high fifth at the Jayhawk Classic in the 800m...Ran a season-best time of 1:57.47 at the SPIRE Division I Indoor Track & Field Invitational...OUTDOOR - Finished a season-high ninth at the Track-It Buster Invitational in the 800m with a season-best time of 1:57.29...Ran the 800m in five meets.
Junior College: Ran at Cowley County CC...Part of the national champion indoor 4x800m team and was an indoor first team all-American.
High School:Lettered four years in cross country and track and field and lettered three years in baseball at Lyndon HS...Holds school record in the 5K.
