Cross Country:

2010 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in four races for the Shockers...Had a season-best finish of 48th at the Richard Clark Invitational where he completed the 8K course in a time of 29:28.94...Was 69th at the Missouri Valley Championships with a time of 30:57.33.

Track & Field:

2011 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Ran in four meets for the Shockers...Posted personal bests in the 400 meters (52.16) during the Shocker Quad and Multi and in the 600-yard dash (1:15.30) at the Iowa State Classic...OUTDOOR - Finished a season-best third in the 800-meter run at the BCS Buster Invitational with a personal best time of 1:55.37...Finished fourth in the 800 meters (1:56.84) in the WSU vs. UNI vs. Nebraska Triangular.

2010 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Set a personal best in the 600 yard dash (1:23.48) at the WSU Invitational, placing sixth...Set a personal best in the 800m run at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 1:56.26...Finished sixth in the 800m run at the Shocker Quad (1:58.18)...OUTDOOR - Won the 800m title at the Sooner Open with a time of 1:56.14...Set a personal best time of 1:55.86 at the Ward Haylett Invitational, placing 10th...Came in ninth at the Emporia State Invitational in the 1500m run with a personal best time of 4:11.95.

Johnson County CC: Ran a half marathon in 1:21.

Wichita Heights HS: Named most outstanding senior in cross country and track & field...Lettered in cross country and track and field for Wichita Heights.
