Biography
2014 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in two events in the 2014 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, the Long Jump and Triple Jump. His Long Jump earned him 7th place and set a personal best of 7.06M...Won the KSU Wildcat Open Long Jump with a jump of 7.15m.
2013 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR- Redshirted OUTDOOR- Redshirted
South Kingston High School: Won a State Championship in the long jump. Earned All-State Honors in all four years of high school and was named All-New England. Holds nine school records. Set a record at the Rhode Island State Meet for long jump with a jump of 23-6.5. Played football throughout his high school career. Shaw's personal bests include: 23'-6 1/2" in the long jump and 46'-7" in the triple jump.
Personal: Son of Gregory and Yvette Shaw. Has an older sister, named Hennesy.
