Biography
As a student assistant coach: Upon completing his collegiate playing career, Briceno continues to work with the men's tennis team as a student assistant coach. In this role, Briceno assists with the daily operations with the Shockers as well as the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex. He also helps plan and run practices in addition to individual workouts.
Briceno will graduate in December 2009 will a degree in finance.
As a Shocker: (Senior) Went 1-5 in fall singles, earning a win over #21 Texas Tech's Ethan Horn...Went 0-2 in fall doubles. (Junior) Posted an 0-8 mark in fall singles play, and an 0-5 record in fall doubles play. (Sophomore) Posted a 3-9 singles record while going 3-2 in doubles play. Defeated Prairie View A&M's Christopher Scurry for
first collegiate singles win of career...Posted a 2-3 Record in singles
play. (Freshman) Posted a 0-1 singles record at the No. 3 singles spot and a 0-2 record in doubles.
Before WSU: Rodrigo was a top-ranked junior in Chile.
