2009 (SENIOR): Reached all-conference status after placing fourth at the MVC Championships with a time of 18:54...Was eighth at the JK Gold Classic (15:29) and at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational (18:12)...Was 17th at the Woody Greeno Invitational (21:49).

2008 (JUNIOR): Ran in six races for the Shockers during the season...Had two top-10 finishes including a career-best third place showing at MVC Championships (17:53)...Came in eighth place at Missouri State Invitational with a time of 18:47...Finished 17th at J.K. Gold Classic (15:48)...Was 34th at Cowboy Jamboree (22:26)...Came in 70th at NCAA Midwest Regionals (22:45).

Track & Field:

2010 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Redshirted, did not compete.  OUTDOOR - Set a new personal best in the 5000m run at the Oregon Relays by clocking in with a time of 16:44.18...Was third in the 1500m run at the Bobby Lane/UTA Invitational with a time of 4:39.88...Came in sixth in the MVC Championships 10000m run with a time of 36:49.98.

2009 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Set personal best in mile at Iowa State Classic to place ninth (5:11.44)...Came in third in a non-seeded race at the Iowa State Classic in 3000m to set new personal best time of 10:04.76...Was sixth at MVC Championships in 5000m (17:36.67)...OUTDOOR - Captured 5000m title at Nebraska Quad (17:04.44)...Came in third at MVC Championships in 10000m run (37:23.58)...Was second at KT Woodman Classic in 5000m with a time of 17:19.77...Finished fourth in 3000m steeplechase at Kansas State Relays (11:25.30).

2008 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Placed fifth in her first MVC Championship race, the 5000m, with a time of 17:41.42...Finished 16th in the non-seeded race at the Iowa State Classic in the 3000m, clocking a time of 10:31.71.

Cowley County [Kan.] CC: Earned All-America honors at the NJCAA National Championships in the mile with a second-place finish....Also earned All-America honors at the NJCAA National Championships in the 5000m, placing fifth...Lettered in both cross country and track and field in high school...Had personal bests of 5:11 in the mile and 17:52 in the 5000m at Cowley County.
