2006 (Junior):Ran in three regular season meets plus Midwest Regional...Placed 192nd at the Roy Griak Invite (27:34.40)...Placed 107th at the NCAA Pre-National (25:56.00)...Finished one place better at MVC Championship than 2005 with a sixth-place finish, the only Shocker in the top 10 (25:19.75) and earned second-straight All-Conference honors...Placed 50th at the Midwest Regional (32:21.34 for 10K).

2005 (Sophomore): Participated in four regular season races...Placed fourth at the Wisconsin Parkside (25:54)...Finished four places better at the MVC Championship than last season with s seventh place finish, the only Shocker to finish in the top 10 (24:38), named to the all-conferece team.

2004 (Sophomore-TR): Ran in four regular season events...Was the only men’s cross country runner to place in the top 20 at the MVC Championship, finishing 11th with a time of 26:18...Holds team’s fourth and fifth best times in the 8K at the OSU Jamboree and the MVC Championship...Placed 33rd at his first meet of the season, the Woody Greeno Invite (27:38)...Finished in 63rd at the OSU Jamboree behind teammate Kevin McDougal (26:04)...Finished in 26:07 at Pre-Nationals.

Track and Field

2007 (Junior): Qualified for NCAA Championships in the indoor 800m after placing sixth (1:49.00) at the NCAA Qualifier meet... Placed 13th in prelims at NCAAs...Crowned MVC outdoor champion in the 1,500m for the second-straight season with a time of 3:54.01...Had two all-MVC performances during indoor conference meet in the mile run (4:10.35) and the DMR (10:01.52)...Placed first at indoor Adidas Classic in 800m (1:50.11).

2006 (Sophomore): Crowned champion in the 800m and 1,500m runs at the MVC Outdoor Championship meet running 1:52 in the 800m and 3:51.89 in the 1,500m...At the indoor conference meet, placed third in the 800m run (1:54.30) and second in the one-mile run (4:17.46)...Regionally qualified in the 800m in the outdoor season with a run of 1:49.62 at the Kansas Relays...Placed sixth in the 1,500m at the NCAA Midwest Regional in a time of 3:44.95.

2005 (Freshman): Second place finish in the 1500m run at the MVC Outdoor Championship (3:55.40)...Finished sixth in the 800m run at the MVC Outdoor Championships (1:55.16)...Fifth place finish in the distance medley at the MVC Indoor Championship (10:13.56)...12th place in the MVC Indoor Championship one mile run (4:23.06)...Second place finisher in the 800m run at the KSU Open (1:55.93)...Placed 26th in the one-mile run at the Iowa State Classic (4:15.04)...Finished second in the distance relay (10:27.32) and third in the 150m run (4:00.36) at the Kansas Relays...16th place finish at the Cal Poly Invitational in the 5K run (15:56.41)...Finished 29th in the 1500m run at the Stanford University Invitational (3:59.95).

Riga Techical College: Fifth place finish at the 2002 European Cup...Personal best of 51.98 in 400m and 1:52.38 in the 800m.
