Cross Country:
2010 (SENIOR): Ran in six races for the Shockers during the season...Had four top-10 finishes on the year including back-to-back sixth place showings at the J.K. Gold Classic (14:11.41) and at the Iowa Invitational (10:36.20)...Was ninth at the MVC Championships, earning her second all-conference award (17:49.90)...Came in 30th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 21:05.44.
2009 (JUNIOR): Ran in all six events for the Shockers during the season...Had three third place finishes during the season, coming in with a time of 14:10 at the JK Gold Classic, 21:08 at the Woody Greeno Invitational and 17:49 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational...Received all-conference accolades after placing sixth at the MVC Championships...Came in one-spot outside the all-region award winners with a 26th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (21:36).
Track & Field:
2011 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Took home top honors in the 3,000m run and 5,000m run at the Shocker Quad & Multi and at the adidas Classic, respectively...Finished third in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a season-best time of 4:56.96...Set a new personal best in the 5,000m run at the Iowa State Classic, clocking in at 16:42.50...OUTDOOR - Was fourth in the 1,500m run at the K.T. Woodman Classic, finishing in 4:39.59...Came in sixth in the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m run with a time of 17:15.07...Named to the 2011 USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Track & Field Team.
2010 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Won the mile title at the WSU Invitational with a time of 4:58.02...Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:55.57 at the MVC Championships, placing second and receiving all-conference honors...Moved into the WSU all-time lists in the 3000m run at the MVC Championships with a time of 9:45.74 and at the Iowa State Classic in the 5000m run with a time of 17:02.62...Set a personal best in 800m run at WSU Invitational (2:19.82), placing third...OUTDOOR - Set personal bests in three events during the season and moved into the WSU history books in all three...Was 13th at the Stanford Invitational in the 10000m run with a time of 35:06.85, which gives her a new personal record and a spot in Shocker history...Was across the line in a time of 4:33.11 at the MVC Championships to finish ninth, a personal best time that puts her 10th in WSU history...Came in 11th in the 5000m run at the Oregon Relays with a personal best time of 16:45.75.
Butler CC: Won regional cross country meet...Placed second at national meet.
High School: Was indoor 5k champion and a member of 4x800 outdoor championship team...Lettered in cross country and track and field all four years.
