2012 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Finished fifth in the pentathlon at the MVC Indoor Championships with a personal best point total of 3,543, which ranks in the WSU all-time top 10...Ran a personal best 9.06 in the prelims of the 60m hurdles, jumped a personal best 37-8 1/2 in the triple jump and PR of 17-8 3/4 in the long jump at the MVC meet...OUTDOOR - Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the MVC Outdor Championships with 4,223 points...Also competed in the 100m hurdles, javelin and triple jump at the MVC meet...Named MVC Scholar-Athlete.
2011 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Set a personal best in the pentathlon at the Missouri Valley Indoor Championships, gaining 3,389 points...Was fourth in the pentathlon at the Shocker Quad & Multi, collecting 3,303 points...Set a personal best in the triple jump with a distance of 37' 5"...OUTDOOR - Earned all-conference honors in the heptathlon by collecting 4,652 points at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships, finishing third...Was third in the heptathlon at the K.T. Woodman Classic with 4,589 points.
2010 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Set a personal best in the long jump at the MVC Championships (16' 11 1/2") to place 18th...Had a seson best finish of sixth in the triple jump at the Shocker Quad (36' 5"), which also set a personal best...Came in seventh in the 60m hurdles (9.50) at the Shocker Quad...Was eighth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.65 to finish eighth at the WSU Invitational...OUTDOOR - Set a personal best total of 3,792 points in the heptathlon at the Cowley County CC Invitational, placing third overall...Set a personal best long jump of 17' 5 1/2" at the Sooner Invitational to come in 13th...Was third at the Emporia State Invitational in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.24.
2009 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Finished sixth in 60m hurldes at WSU Invite (9.49)...Set personal best time in 60m hurdles at MVC Championship with a time of 9.44 (p-16th)...Was 15th in triple jump with a personal best jump of 34’ 9 1/2” at the Texas Tech Invite...Was eighth at Adidas Classic in triple jump (34’ 3 1/2”)...OUTDOOR - Runner-up in 100m hurdles at Emporia State Relays (15.12)...Was third in 100m hurdles at the KT Woodman Classic (15.33) and at the Oregon Relays (15.41)...Set personal best time in 100m hurdles at MVC Championship (15.06), placing 12th in preliminaries...Set outdoor personal best in triple jump (36’ 9 1/2”) at Nebraska Quad to finish fifth.
Concordia HS: Won the triple jump at the Kansas 4A state meet as a sophomore and senior...Won the 4A 100m hurdles as a sophomore...Part of state champion 4x400m relay team as a junior and senior...Helped set 4A state record in the 4x400m relay as a senior...Helped CHS win 4A state team title during all four years of high school...Lettered in volleyball three times, dance four times, and track and field four times...Was CHS valedictorian and president of CHS chapter of the National Honor Society.
