EMPORIA, Kan. – The Wichita State track and field team earned four event titles, sweeping the 800 meters at the Midwest Classic Sunday in Emporia, Kan.

Farrah Miller moved up to seventh all-time in Wichita State history, winning her second 800-meter race of the outdoor season in 2:10.80, as
Iestyn Williams clocked a personal-best 1:51.65 to complete the Shocker sweep of the event.
Maria Romero finished third with a personal-best time of 2:13.80.

Adria Navajon also picked up a win on the track, crossing the line in 14.53 in his first 110-meter hurdles race of the year.

In the field,
Marissa Jensen claimed her fourth high jump win of the season with a personal-best clearance of 1.78m/5'10", which moved her up to fifth in Shocker history and tied for 29
th in the NCAA this season. Matte Swartz finished third with a jump of 1.66m/5'5.25", and
Weston Lewis place second in the men's competition, clearing 2.06m/6'9".

Ridge Estes placed second in the discus with his second-farthest throw of his career, launching the disc 53.00m/173'10".
