Rankings

WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State track and field schedule has been revised.
 
The Shockers track meet scheduled for Friday, April 20 and Saturday, April 21 in Norman, Okla., has been scratched and now the Shocks will travel to Warrensburg, Mo., Friday, April 20 to compete at the Mule Relays hosted by Central Missouri.
 
Field events are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., and running events are set to start at 4 p.m.

USTFCCCA Rankings
 
In week three of the USTFCCCA rankings, the Shockers rank in the top-16 in multiple events. The men's team ranks No. 1 in the javelin and decathlon, No. 3 long jump, No. 10 high jump and No. 16 in the 10,000m. Wichita State is the only Division I school to be ranked No. 1 in multiple events.
 
The men's team ranks No. 5 in the Midwest Regional.
 
The women's javelin group is ranked No. 12 in the nation.
