WICHITA, Kan.- The Wichita State men's tennis team defeated Newman University 7-0 on Wednesday afternoon at Genesis Health Club to move their record to 9-3 on the season.

The Shocker men won all their contests in both doubles and singles to capture the victory. In singles play, Wichita State took every match in straight sets.

Wichita State's match on Saturday against Oklahoma State has been postponed due to weather and will be rescheduled. The Shockers will host UT-Arlington on Saturday, March 16 at 11 a.m.
