Valley Conference Women's Basketball Scholar-Athlete Second Team. A senior from Houston, Texas, Diamond carries
a 3.26 GPA in Psychology and leads the Shockers in scoring at 12.0 points per
game.
Diamond was
also second-team last season and is the first Shocker to earn a spot on the

honorable mentions in 2006-07 & 2007-08, then earned first team honors in
2008-09.
In addition
to her Psychology major, Diamond minors in Sociology and Creative Writing. On the court, Diamond leads the team in
scoring and is second in steal and assists.

Scholar-Athlete of the Year for a second time.
She was joined on the first team by Karly Buer (Missouri State), Anna
Munn (Indiana State), Sarah Nelson (Creighton), Taylor Whitley (Indiana State),
and Katie Yohn (Bradley).
