• 2013 Outdoor (pole vault)

 2013 (JUNIOR) INDOOR- Finished a season best third at the KSU Open with a mark of 15-7 in the pole vault. Cleared the bar at a season high of 15-7 ¼ at the Herm Wilson Invitational. Placed 10^th at the Missouri Valley Conference indoor Championships in the pole vault, finishing higher than any other Shocker (15-3 ½).  OUTDOOR- Earned all-conference honors with a second place finish in the pole vault at the MVC Outdoor Championships. Vaulted a personal best of 16-3 ¼ at the conference meet. Cleared the bar at 15-11 ¼ to place second in the pole vault at the KT Woodman Classic. Threw the javelin at three meets for the Shockers, tossing a season best of 181-9 to finish ninth at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

2012 (Sophomore): Indoor - Participated in the pole vault and heptathlon at the MVC Indoor Championships...Posted a season-best height of 16-0 at the Varsity Apartments Invitational...Outdoor - Finished fifth at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the decathlon with a personal-best 6,736 points...Also threw the javelin and competed in pole vault at the MVC Outdoor Championships...

2010 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Came in fourth in the pole vault with a personal best mark of 16' 3/4" at the Air Force Invitational...Was second in section two of the Pole Vault Summit by clearing 15' 9"...Competed in the heptathlon at the MVC Championships and set personal bests in six categories including a time of 7.45 in the 60m dash...OUTDOOR - Came in third at the Cowley County CC deccathlon with 5,621 points...Recorded a personal best in seven events at the MVC Championships in the decathlon (5,789 pts., seventh place)...Was sixth in the pole vault at the MVC Championships by clearing a personal best 16' 3 ^1/4".

Olympia HS: Four time honor roll member...All-state academic team in football...All-conference selection as a wide receiver...Came in second, third, and sixth in pole vault at state meet during sophomore, junior, and senior seasons...Lettered in cross country, football, swimming, and track and field.

Personal: Son of John and Kristine Freshour...Majoring in entreprenuership...Has one sister, Kate.
