Woodman Classic...Ran a season-best 10:51.24 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Standford Invitational, placing eighth.
2010 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Redshirted, did not compete. OUTDOOR - Had two runner-up finishes in the 3000m steeplechase coming at the Texas Relays (11:00.03) and at the Oregon Relays (10:45.80)...Was second in the 5000m run at the Bobby Lane/UT-Arlington Invitational with a time of 18:10.48...Ran a PR of 17:26.47 at the MVC Championships in the 5000m run to place eighth.
2009 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Came in fifth in mile at WSU Invite (5:23.90)...Personal best time of 5:09.86 in mile at MVC Championships, finishing 12th...Set another personal best time at Iowa State Classic in the 3000m (10:10.75), placing 13th in the non-seeded race...OUTDOOR - Won the 3000m steeplechase title at the KT Woodman Classic (11:21.36) and at the Nebraska Quad (10:46.04)...Finished third at the Kansas Relays in the 5000m (17:42.39)...Crossed the finishing line in a time of 10:40.27 (3rd) in the 3000m steeplechase at the MVC Championship...Was 18th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in the 3000m steeplechase (11:08.49).
