IOWA CITY, Iowa – The Wichita State men's golf team ended their regular season with a 12th-place finish in the Hawkeye Intercollegiate on Monday at Finkbine Golf Course.

The Shockers 12th-place finish came behind round scores of 292, 295, and 317, for a 904 (+40) team score.

Kansas easily won the team title with an 837 (-27) score. 19 strokes ahead of second-place Illinois State and 67 ahead of Wichita State.

Jose Miguel Ramirez tied for 19
th to lead the Shockers on the individual leaderboard. The senior from Venezuela posted a 66 in the opening round, his lowest single round of the year and the tying the lowest of any Shocker this season.

All five Shockers recorded at least one round under par in the tournament.
