STILLWATER, Okla. – Four Shocker men's tennis players are set to travel to Oklahoma State's Greenwood Tennis Center to compete in the Cowboy Classic, beginning on October 11 at 10:00 AM Central.
 
The four Shockers making the trip are sophomores Vanja Hodzic and Arenui Luethi as well as freshmen Ilias Worthington and Luca Mindrut. For the latter three, this will be their first team competition as Wichita State Shockers.
 
The quartet will face a very tough slate of opponents, as players from Oklahoma State, SMU, Tulsa, Oral Roberts, and Baylor will join the Shockers in Stillwater.
 
Hodzic is making his second appearance in the Cowboy Classic, as he made a dramatic run to the singles finals of the event as a freshman, where he ultimately fell in a ten-point tiebreak, 10-8 to SMU's Eric Hadigian, who finished last year ranked No. 122 in the ITA top 125 singles rankings.
