Box Score MESA, Ariz – The Wichita State men's tennis team picked up their fourth 3-4 loss of the season against No. 30 Princeton in the semifinals of the Arizona State Spring Break Tournament on Saturday.

The Shockers took a 1-0 lead, earning the doubles point with 6-3 wins at courts one and three. Princeton responded in singles, tying the match up at 1-1 with a straight-set victory by No. 107 Karl Poling at No. 3. No. 85 Ryan Seggerman gained the lead for the Tigers at court one, but
Ray Lo found success at No. 5, winning 6-4, 6-4 to knot it up at 2-2.

Alex Richards put the Shockers in front with a 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 4 singles, but Princeton claimed a three-set victory at court two to put the pressure on the No. 6 singles match.
Jackie Lin kept it close with tough loss in a tiebreaker in set one but ultimately fell 5-7 in the second match to Bill Duo, who clinched the match for the Tigers.

Wichita State will play either Texas Tech or Arizona State in the third-place match Sunday.
