Wichita State is scheduled to open baseball season next week with against Northern Colorado at Eck Stadium to start a six-game home stand.
 
Shane Dennis, former Shocker pitcher and one of the TV/radio voices of Wichita State baseball, joins the podcast to preview the 2021 season.
 
We talk about 2020's 13-2 record and how coaches go about duplicating the chemistry and pace of that shortened season. 
 
Dennis also discusses the return of third baseman Paxton Wallace and how he might add power to the lineup, why the pitching staff showed such dramatic improvement in 2020 and which newcomers he is watching closely.
