WICHITA, Kan. - For the third consecutive week, Wichita State represents the American Athletic Conference honor roll.

Caitlin Bingham and Bailee Nickerson were named to the league's honor roll this past week after leading the Shockers to a 3-1 record at the Maverick Invitational.

Bingham pitched a career-high 9.0 innings and tied her career-high of 10 strikeouts in Sunday's win over Abilene Christian, claiming two wins overall on the weekend. Coming up with 17 strikeouts over the weekend, Bingham only allowed one earned run in three appearances.

Nickerson came up with two home runs on Sunday, driving in the go-ahead run in the extra innings victory over ACU. Hitting .461 on the weekend, Nickerson extended her hit streak to eight games, marking a career-long.

This marks the second time Bingham and Nickerson have been named to the conference honor roll in their careers.

The Shockers continue non-conference with the Coach B Classic, starting with Murray State and Saint Louis beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday.
