Wichita State softball pitching coach Sara Driesenga joined the staff in June after seven seasons at Central Michigan. We discuss her fall impressions of the pitching staff and what she learned in fall scrimmages vs. Missouri, Oklahoma State and others.

We also talk about her path to coaching, her playing days at Michigan and how WSU's new softball faciities stack up nationally.

Drieseng played at Michigan, where she earned All-Region and All-Big 10 honors three times and played in three College World Series.

The Shockers wrap up their fall scrimmages this weekend at Wilkins Stadium. They play Murray State College at 2 p.m., Saturday and Johnson County Community College at 1 p.m., Sunday.
