OMAHA, Neb. – Michael Emodi's two-run walk off home run gave Creighton a 3-1 win over Wichita State.

Codi Heuer went six innings and gave up one run on two hits with two walks and five strikeouts.
Alec Bohm went 2-for-4, while Paxton Wallace went 1-for-1 with a RBI and a double.
The Jays got their first hit and run in the sixth inning. With two outs, Clark Brinkmann singled to centerfield and scored on Isaac Collins' triple to give CU a 1-0 lead.
The Shockers tied it in the eighth. With one out, Katzfey singled through the right side and with two outs, pinch hitter Paxton Wallace collected his first career hit, a RBI double off the right field wall, to tie the score at one.
In the ninth, Collins led off with a walk and Emodi followed with a home run to left-center to give the Bluejays the 3-1 win.
The Shockers and Jays wrap up the series on Sun., March 18 at 12 p.m.
