Photo GalleryWICHITA, Kan. – Missouri State would use a three-run fourth inning to take game two of the series against the Shockers at Eck Stadium during game one of the double header at Eck Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Mikel Mucha would go 1-for-3 with a RBI for the Shockers during game one of the double header.
Missouri State would strike first in the top of the second with a double by Justin Paulsen, single by Blake Graham, and a run scoring single by Jeremy Eierman to lead 1-0.
Wichita State responded in the bottom of the third inning with a lead off walk by
Tanner Kirk.
Mikel Mucha would then knock Kirk in from second with a single up the middle to tie the game at one a piece.
MSU would break the tie in the top of the fourth with a three-run inning led by a two-run single up the middle by Hunter Steinmetz to make the score 4-1 in favor of the Bears.
The Bears would add two additional runs in the seventh and eighth inning to make the score 6-1.
