WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State men's tennis looks to run its winning streak to four in a row on Wednesday when the Shockers host Northwest Missouri State at Noon CDT at Genesis Health Club. Due to strong winds in the forecast, the match will be played indoors.

Last Time Out
The Shockers defeated Newman on Sunday by a final score of 6-1 at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex. Wichita State swept all three doubles matches and five of the six singles matchups. Tin Ostojic (6-4, 6-1), Sergio de Vilchez (6-2, 6-0), Eddie Stoica (6-2, 6-0), Austin Williams (6-2, 2-4, ret.) and Vitor Mendes (6-2, 6-1) all collected wins. 
 
Wichita State Notables
Ostojic dropped 11 spots in the ITA singles rankings to No. 89. In the doubles rankings, Inoue and Miroslav Herzan dropped six spots to No. 42, but continue to be the highest ranked Shockers. Devilliers and Ostojic slid 13 spots to No. 65.

MIAA-member Northwest Missouri State comes to Wichita with a 6-1 record on the season. The Bearcats own wins over William Jewell, Colorado Mesa, St. Cloud State, Harding, Western New Mexico and East Central. Their lone loss came vs. UMKC.
