WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State men are 2-0 to open the 2014-15 season after a pair of 7-0 sweeps against non-conference foes Cowley and Baker, Saturday at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex.
The Shockers won all 12 of their singles matches and were a perfect 6 for 6 in doubles on the day.

After a break for lunch, the momentum continued. The indoor national-qualifying doubles duo of Tomislav Gregurovic and Tin Ostojic posted an 8-1 win against Baker to improve to 10-1 on the year, and Ilija Cilic teamed with Jocelyn Devilliers to sweep their own match, 8-0.
The singles matched followed suit, with the six Shockers winning all 12 sets, while dropping a combined 7 games.
WSU won't see team action again until the spring season but will be represented at next month's Intercollegiate Indoor Championships, Nov. 6-9 in Flushing, N.Y.
