WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State men's basketball team improved to 15-0 on the season with a 67-43 victory over Northern Iowa Sunday afternoon in Charles Koch Arena. The 15-0 start marks the best in school history and the Shockers are now just one of seven undefeated schools.

The Shockers shot 33 percent (10-for-30) from the field and 27 percent (3-for-11) from three-point range, while the Panthers shot 31 percent (8-for-26) from the field and 23 percent (3-for-13) from behind the arc.

VanVleet led all Shockers with 12 points in the first 20 minutes on 4-of-5 shooting, including 2-for-2 from three-point range.

Early hit two-straight three pointers to start the second half but Northern Iowa responded with a three at the 17:30 mark to cut the lead, 36-31.
