Sam Pittman was named an Assistant Director of Facilities for Wichita State Athletics in December 2021.
Pittman returns to Wichita State after spending four years as a student assistant on the facilities staff at WSU from August 2017-August 2021. After graduating from Wichita State he spent five months at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock as a facilities and game operations graduate assistant.
He previously spent time with the Wichita Wind Surge minor league organization assisting with gameday baseball operations.
He received his bachelor's degree in sport management with a minor in communication from Wichita State in December of 2020.
