Earned a spot on the American Athletic Conference All-Freshman Team...made 23 appearances and nine starts in his debut season, finishing 6-4 with a 4.55 ERA...allowed just 51 hits in 57.1 innings, holding opponents to a .242 batting average...struck out 46 and walked 31...earned his first collegiate win with five innings of one-hit, shutout relief at Oral Roberts on February 28...delivered another five innings of scoreless, one-hit baseball in a start against Nebraska on March 13...followed up with 2.1 hitless, scoreless frames against Gonzaga on March 16, securing American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week...took a no-hitter into the seventh inning of a start against Oklahoma State on March 26, ending the outing with a season-best 6.1 innings pitched...struck out a season-high seven batters over 5.0 scoreless innings against Florida Atlantic on April 14...earned the win at UTSA on May 4 with 2.0 perfect innings in relief...named to AAC All-Academic Team.

A three-year letterwinner and two-year starter for head coach Steve Stone at Hebron High School...ranked the #27 left-handed pitcher in the state of Texas and the #245 ranked player in the state overall by Perfect Game...named Second Team All-District 6-6A as a senior in 2023, going 1-0 with four saves in four opportunities and a 1.54 ERA...helped Hebron to a district championship, their first since 2016, and the program's first playoff series win in four years...named Honorable Mention All-District as a junior in 2022...teammates at Hebron with current Wichita State outfielder Lane Haworth and right-handed pitcher MJ Seo.
