Kewa Foster

Kewa Foster - the wife of Shocker head coach, Colin Foster - is in her 12th season with the WSU women's tennis program and her first as director of operations.

Kewa previously served as assistant coach from 2010-21, helping the Shockers to nine NCAA tournament bids and eight conference tournament championships. Over that span, WSU was an incredible 82-0 against Missouri Valley Conference opponents.

Foster played collegiately at TCU, where she was an All-Conference USA third-team performer in 2005. In 2007, she was named to the Mountain West All-Conference singles team. She finished out her career with an 82-46 singles mark and also racked up 55 doubles wins.

The Horned Frogs reached the NCAA Tournament in all four of her seasons (2005, 06, 07, 08), highlighted by a Sweet 16 appearance in 2006.

A native of Austin, Texas, Foster enjoyed a standout prep career at Westlake High School. As a junior, she went undefeated all the way to the state semifinals.

Kewa and Colin have three sons -- Isaac, Joseph and John -- and a baby daughter, Cora.
