As a Senior...Finished sixth on the team with a stroke average of 84.93 and shot two rounds in the 70s...placed 26th at the WSU Spring Invitational with a 36-hole score of 165...In the fall, finished tied for 63rd at the Lady Redbird Invitational...shot a 258 at the Marilynn Smith Invitational and finished 63rd...shot her career low round of 76 at the Shocker Invitational and finished tied for 24th with a 36-hole total of 161...was named to the 2010 WSU AD Honor Roll.
As a Junior...Finished seventh on the team with a stroke average of 86.38...Earned her best finish of the season tied for 19th at the Bob Hurley Shootout hosted by Oral Roberts University...Shot her low round of 81 twice (3rd round Bob Hurley and 2nd round of the Shocker Invitational)...Finished tied for 19th (81-88) at the Shocker Invitational...Posted her low 54-hole score of 250 at the Bob Hurley Shootout...Was named to the 2010 National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team for earning a 3.5 GPA or better..
As a Sophomore…Finished eighth on the team with a stroke average of 86.2…Notched her best finish of the season (T-29th) at the Payne Stewart Memorial hosted by Missouri State…Shot her low round of 78 at the same tournament…Posted her low 54-hole score of 254 twice, once at the Marilynn Smith Sunflower Invitational at the University of Kansas and the other at the Claud Jacobs Intercollegiate at Texas State.
As a Freshman...Finished sixth on the team with a stroke average of 87.1...Shot her low round of 78 at the LPGA International Xavier Invitational, where she also shot her 54-hole low score of 246.
Before she was a Shocker...Played at Grand Island High School for coach Kevin Bartlett.
Personal...Abby Kay Bartlett was born June 14, 1989...Daughter of Kevin and Beth Bartlett...Sister, Megan finished her collegiate golf career at WSU at the end of the 2008-09 season...Abby is majoring in English at WSU...favorite pro golfer is Adam Scott...She chose WSU because of its athletic programs and family ties. “I wanted to be with my sister!”
