Before Wichita State:
Starred at Hutchinson (Kan.) CC for head coach John Ontjes... Became HCC’s first-ever two-time NJCAA All-American (Third Team as a sophomore and Honorable Mention as a freshman)... Set HCC’s all-time scoring record with 1,072 points... Also holds school records for career free throw percentage (.853) and freshman free throw percentage (.870)... As a freshman, led the Blue Dragons to their first Region VI Tournament Championship (played in Charles Koch Arena)and NJCAA National Tournament since 1977... Member of the winningest class in HCC history, posting a 60-10 record that also included a school record 27 conference victories... As a sophomore, averaged 16.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.1 steals per game... Shot 46.5% from the field, 43.5% (80-for-184) from three-point range, and 83.2% (99-199) from the free throw line ... Recorded sixth-best single-season scoring mark in school history with 529 points... Named first team All-Jayhawk League and All Region VI for the second straight year... During her two-year career, registered 17 20-point games and six double-doubles... Also finished career with 125 steals and 31 blocked shots... Set her career-high with 27 points vs. Shelton State in the 2009 NJCAA National Tournament... First HCC player to sign with Wichita State since Tina Nichols in 1999.

Attended Maize High School in Maize, Kan. ... As a senior named second team Class 6A all-state and second team All-Ark Valley/Chisolm Trail League... Represented the South Squad in the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Game... Also participated in the David “Choke” Kohl’s Memorial All-Star Game... Averaged 18.3 points and 5.7 rebounds while shooting 85% from the free throw line.
