2016: Cross Country- Earned his second All-MVC Cross Country honor with a 10th-place finish at the championship... Also placed 42nd at the 10k NCAA Midwest Regional...

2015-16: Cross Country- Earned MVC Cross Country Honorable Mention after a 12th-place finish at the meet with a time of 24:32.98... Was 64th in the Midwest Regional 10K in a time of 31.35.9... Was third in the J.K.Gold Classic with a time of 18:56.8 in the season-opening 6K race. Outdoor: Improved his personal bests in both the 1,500 meters and the 3,000 meter steeplechase ... Was All-Valley in the 1,500 meters with a third-place finish at the MVC Championship... Won the 1,500 meters at the Stanford Invitational with a career-best 3:44.39, and was fourth at the Drake Relays... 3,000 meter steeplechase best came at the MVC Outdoor Championship (8:58.10). Indoor- Earned All-Valley honors in the Mile with a second-place finish... Also scored for WSU in the 800 meters (fifth) at the MVC Championship... Ran a personal best 4:04.41 in the Mile at the Meyo Invitational.

2014-15: Cross Country- Ran in six meets in his first cross country season at WSU... His high finish was fifth at the J.K. Gold Classic with a time of 18:39.38 in the 6K... Was 26th at the MVC Championship in Carbondale, Ill., with a time of 25:09.44 in the 8K... Also ran in the NCAA Regional with a time of 31:10.3 to finish 64th for WSU in the 10K.  Indoor: Won the Mark Colligan 3000m with a personal best time of 8:12.65, and also had personal bests in the 800m at Herm Wilson, which he also won, and in the Mile in the Meyo Invitational (4:05.65) when he finished 13th. Outdoor: Was Valley Champion in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 9:13.50, while his personal best came at the Sacramento State Mondo Challenge with a time of 9:00.46... Also had a personal best  in the 1,500m at the K.T. Woodman when he won the race in 3:47.11... Finished third in th 1,500m at the Valley Outdoor meet.
